Time Capsule from a Crumbling Earth

Last.

People keep commenting that on the Capsule goodbye forum, and for someone, it will be true.

The last entry on the last server shoved in beside the records, the art, the everything we’d like to be remembered for.

No one believes the Capsule will never be found.

The walls will hold; we have so many layers.

We will permit time to scour away everything but this.

Someday, we console each other, the aliens might miss us. They might care.

We push our final leaky raft into space, willing it to find life someday. Willing something to
