A Few Things They Don’t Tell You About Being Dead
By: Jayme Antrim
When you first wake up in the coffin, there’s no one there to explain how this all works.
Good news is? Ghosts have all sorts of powers. Heck, we’re practically superheroes.
Flight and invisibility go without saying, but did you know we can talk to animals?
You also can lift small objects, make them hover in the air. Conjure cool breezes and summon chilling wails.
And you’re immortal! You died once. They can’t get you again. You’re in this for the long haul.
There’s only one thing you can’t do, and that’s the bad news.
Ghosts can’t pass through wood.
